1.What Is Our Customized Products Workflow?

Initial Inquiry & Requirement Analysis.

Client defines specific requirements.

Specify product type, size, material, color, logo, quantity.

We need to know your detailed requirements, and customers could send us details in PDF.

2.Design & Customization

Custom design mock-ups.(check details of design)

Finalize artwork or technical drawings. (customers could provide working diagram too)

3.Quotation & Agreement 

We could send you the quotation after you confirm to customized products(PLC, HMI, IO Relay Modules, AI, AO Modules ect. automation products)

4.Signing the Contract 

Then we could sign the contract including your customized requirements.

Provide cost analysis (unit price, tooling costs)

Confirm lead time, payment terms (e.g., 30% , 50% deposit), and contract terms.

5.Pay Deposit

Produce pre-production samples. 

Customer approval of sample quality and design.

6.Provide First Sample.

We will ship it out after we testing the sample well.

7.Confirm the Sample.

Customer gives us testing feedback, if any questions, we could deal with it as soon as possible.

8.Mass Production.

After customer confirms the sample is working well, then we could mass production after receiving the balance.
